Kireçburnu Marina and 7-Star Hotel Project
Istanbul and Bosphorus, one of the rare beautiful sights of the world where Asia and Europe is connected, is a world heritage with its natural structure and historical beauties. The Kireçburnu region on the European side is within walking distance of the Hacıosman Metro with a view of the Bosphorus and stands out as a very natural place to relax and rest. Kireçburnu, located in Sarıyer county, is directly adjacent to the Bosphorus and the project is organised as a hotel and marina. It is located in the middle of Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Yavuz Selim Bridges.
The planned hotel and marina complex is designed as a wellness center appealing to different tastes and cultures with 1125 deluxe guest rooms, spa wellness, fitness center, restaurants, bars, bistros, meeting and ballrooms, swimming pools and marina. 7-star hotel with 1000 beds and a marina of 700 yacht is planned to be built in our project area.
